Where JMT Concierge arranges third-party services, clients may be required to pay JMT Concierge Ltd in advance. JMT Concierge Ltd may then confirm bookings and pay suppliers on the client’s behalf. Quotations may include service fees, booking fees, administration charges, commissions and/or commercial mark-ups.

These terms set out how JMT Concierge Ltd provides concierge, membership, lifestyle, travel and booking services.
JMT Concierge Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales. Company Number: 17227495. References to “JMT Concierge”, “we”, “us” or “our” mean JMT Concierge Ltd.
JMT Concierge Ltd provides luxury concierge services, lifestyle management, travel planning, hospitality sourcing, transport coordination, personal assistance, membership services and bespoke one-off concierge support.
By submitting a request, the client authorises JMT Concierge Ltd to source options, communicate with suppliers, obtain quotations and, where agreed, arrange bookings or purchases on the client’s behalf.
Quotations may include supplier costs, JMT Concierge service fees, booking fees, administration charges, management fees, commissions and/or commercial mark-ups. The client agrees to the total quoted price before any booking is confirmed.
Clients may be required to pay JMT Concierge Ltd in advance for third-party services, products, bookings or purchases. The client authorises JMT Concierge Ltd to use such funds to pay hotels, airlines, chauffeur companies, restaurants, hospitality providers, event suppliers, private aviation providers, retailers and other suppliers on the client’s behalf.
Third-party costs are separate from JMT Concierge Ltd’s own service fees, membership fees, management fees, booking fees and administration charges.
JMT Concierge Ltd acts as an intermediary and coordinator in relation to third-party suppliers. We do not own, operate or control hotels, airlines, restaurants, chauffeur companies, event venues, hospitality providers, private aviation operators or other third-party suppliers.
JMT Concierge Ltd shall not be liable for supplier delays, cancellations, errors, refusal of service, insolvency, changes, service failures, safety issues, quality issues or any act or omission of a third-party supplier.
All payments must be made in cleared funds before bookings, purchases or arrangements are confirmed, unless otherwise agreed in writing. JMT Concierge Ltd is not required to make supplier payments or confirm arrangements before receiving cleared client funds.
Cancellation, amendment and refund terms depend on the relevant supplier’s policy and the nature of the request. JMT Concierge Ltd’s own service fees, booking fees, administration charges and management fees may be non-refundable once work has begun.
Membership fees provide access to concierge support, request management, supplier sourcing, planning and coordination. Membership fees do not include hotels, flights, restaurants, transport, event tickets, private aviation, purchases or other third-party costs unless expressly stated in writing.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, valid identification where required, travel documents, payment details, preferences, restrictions and any other information reasonably required to fulfil a request.
Nothing in these terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so. Subject to this, JMT Concierge Ltd’s liability shall be limited to the amount of fees paid directly to JMT Concierge Ltd for the relevant service giving rise to the claim.
JMT Concierge Ltd handles client requests with discretion. Client information is used only as necessary to provide services, manage bookings, communicate with suppliers and operate the business.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Additional terms applying to JMT Concierge membership clients.
JMT Concierge memberships provide ongoing access to concierge support, request management, supplier sourcing, travel planning, lifestyle coordination and booking assistance according to the client's selected membership level.
All membership levels provide access to the full range of JMT Concierge services. Higher membership levels offer enhanced priority, greater request capacity, increased availability and a more personalised level of support.
JMT Concierge offers three private membership options: Private Membership, Executive Membership and Private Client Membership.
Private Membership is designed for clients seeking ongoing concierge, travel and lifestyle support. Executive Membership is designed for business owners, executives and frequent travellers requiring enhanced support. Private Client Membership is designed for clients requiring the highest level of personalised concierge assistance.
Membership fees are payable in advance and cover JMT Concierge's time, access, planning, request handling, coordination and concierge management.
Membership fees do not include third-party costs unless expressly stated in writing.
Hotels, flights, restaurants, hospitality, event tickets, chauffeur services, private aviation, purchases and other supplier costs are payable separately by the client.
Where JMT Concierge arranges third-party services, clients may be required to pay JMT Concierge Ltd in advance. JMT Concierge Ltd may then confirm bookings and pay suppliers on the client's behalf.
Quotations may include supplier costs, service fees, booking fees, administration charges, management fees, commissions and/or commercial mark-ups. The client agrees to the total quoted price before any booking or arrangement is confirmed.
JMT Concierge will use reasonable skill and care when handling membership requests. Requests are managed according to complexity, urgency, supplier availability, membership level and operational capacity.
Membership does not guarantee that every request can be fulfilled. All bookings, reservations, experiences, transport, accommodation, hospitality and supplier services remain subject to availability, supplier acceptance, payment and applicable supplier terms.
Memberships are intended for reasonable personal, family, executive and lifestyle use. JMT Concierge Ltd reserves the right to separately quote for requests that are unusually complex, excessive, urgent, commercial in nature or outside the reasonable scope of the membership.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, valid travel documentation, preferences, restrictions, payment details and any other information reasonably required to fulfil a request.
JMT Concierge Ltd shall not be responsible for delays, failed bookings or additional costs resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information supplied by the client.
Membership fees may be non-refundable once a membership period has commenced. Cancellation, amendment and refund terms relating to third-party bookings are subject to the relevant supplier's own terms and conditions.
JMT Concierge Ltd may suspend or terminate membership where fees remain unpaid, where a client acts unlawfully, abusively or unreasonably, or where continuing the relationship would present commercial, legal or reputational risk.
JMT Concierge Ltd handles membership requests with discretion and confidentiality. Client information is used only where necessary to provide services, manage bookings, communicate with suppliers, process payments and operate the business.
JMT Concierge Ltd acts as an intermediary, coordinator and concierge service provider. We do not own, operate or control hotels, airlines, restaurants, chauffeur companies, event venues, hospitality providers, private aviation operators or other third-party suppliers.
