How are fees agreed?

Are supplier costs included?
No, unless expressly stated. Flights, accommodation, transport, hospitality, tickets, purchases and other third-party costs are normally payable separately.
Can you guarantee a booking or experience?
No. All bookings and services remain subject to supplier availability, acceptance, payment and the supplier's own terms.
Do you only support clients in London?
No. JMT Concierge is London based and supports requests across the United Kingdom and internationally.
